Assess

Freelancing isn’t for everyone, and one of the things that we will do during the first week of the Talent Hub training is an evaluation of an assessment called an “Interest Inventory” – link here.

Holland Occupational Themes (RIASEC) represents a set of personality types described in a theory of careers and vocational choice formulated by John L. Holland.

Each letter or code stands for a particular “type”:

  • Realistic (Doers)
  • Investigative (Thinkers)
  • Artistic (Creators)
  • Social (Helpers)
  • Enterprising (Persuaders)
  • Conventional (Organizers)

Based on your “RIASEC” score we will be able to match you up to a “best fit” career path in freelance and/or project work. If you want to get a head start on the first week of training, go ahead and complete the MyNextMove Interest Profiler here and write down your scores for the first session on May 5th.

Thanks!

  1. Steve I enjoyed your class very much. Am interested in the WordPress info you talked about, am sending my e-mail address so I can stay in the loop. Thanks Curtis Nordyke
